Added 7 day and 30 day popup trend options.
Corrected a bug in the log entry control used in the screenbuilder. Numbers with a leading decimal marker could not be entered.
Corrected a bug in GPEcho.DLL that prevented the equation point function GetPICurRval function from working properly.
Added code to allow fine adjustment of object positions using arrow keys to the screen builder.
Corrected bugs that would prevent the cancel button from working when printing screens and popup trends.
Fixed the EPReporter button. It would not launch the EPReporter Version 3.0 report scheduler.
Corrected a bug in the operator log that would prevent text log entries from being written to PI.
Fixed the import picture dialog for the screen builder so that it would remember the last path used.

Fixed launching of GPSteam from EtaPRO's toolbar. This functionality was broken again in build 15 as a result of changes in a 3rd party installation program.
